Now and Zen reminded me of the old theme song from the TV show Cheers "Where everybody knows your name, and they are always glad you came." There is a real sense of commuinity in the classes I have attended. Everyone I've met there is very nice, kind and has a good sense of humor. I did not feel any pressure to push beyond my comfort level within the class, and I appreciate that. On top of that, I like the owner (Ruth). She made me feel welcome and her instructions during class are very good. She gives good detailed instructions, offers some alternatives for those who might have an injury, and she explains what each poses is working/stretching/strengthening. I like that approach! I will definitely be going back again for more yoga at Now & Zen.
Pros: ample parking, lots of pricing options, nice clean space, lots of evening classes
