This is a great local fitness center and the rates are unbeatable. I was thoroughly impressed with the service; the employees are friendly and extremely helpful, especially for people who are joining a gym for the first time. It has everything you need: childcare, tanning beds, smoothie service, a pool, and a new circuit training express workout station. It offers something for everyone. I don't pay outrageous fees, and the service is much more warm and helpful than a chain gym. I highly recommend checking out Century Fitness.
