Oh my gosh! What an amazing salon. I saw Cathy the owner and she mad me look like a whole new woman, how hot new woman! This was my first time there, and the whole staff made me feel like I had been going there for years. Cathy was outstanding! I showed her what I wanted and she was completely honest with me. Plus she made me look amazing. I don't think I will ever go to another salon again. I feel so beautiful and I feel like I can do anything I want! This is just from an amazing cut and color! I can't wait for my next appointment! I could go on and on about how great Cathy is and the salon is, but you need to experience it yourself!! Call now to make an appointment and make yourself look and feel beautiful and amazing!!

I LOVE THIS SALON!!!! I enjoy having different hairstyles and having drastic changes once in a while. this Salon has stylists that are not afraid to give you something new, edgy, beautiful and fun, but with the greatest professionalism and technique. They are also not afraid to tell you what looks good on you in terms of cuts and colors. I always feel special, and have never felt like I was rushed out (some places do.) Cathy the owner is the very professional, knowledgable, and very excited about her salon and the industry. I give Studio Mac 5 Stars because they are affordable, fabulous and creative. I have always loved every style and color I have left with and will continue to support them!!!

I have been a client at Studio Mac for the past year or so and I am very proud to say that I would never go to another salon. I have had the great oppurtunity to be treated like a client should be treated with both respect and loyalty. The staff at Studio Mac are professional and courteous. The owner's very up-to-date with all of the hair styles and and techniques and I feel very comfortable trying new things. I am very pickey when it comes to my hair and I take great PRIDE with the style and color of my hair and it's with great pleasure to add this review. If you're willing to make a POSITIVE change in the way that you look and are trying to find a trusted hairstylist....I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you try Studio Mac.

Small minded, untalented, competitors need not respond to this site. If you are looking for a respectful, talented group of hair designers, please give us a call, and I will be ready to give you the style of your dreams. **Just a heads up for any unsuspecting client looking for an objective review about this salon: Be aware that at least one of these reviews (if not ALL of the positive ones) was written by "Cathy" the owner of Studio Mac. I recognize her id: cmacc40, as this is part of her Yahoo email address. It's really too bad that she would have to resort to dishonesty to promote her business and not be able to rely upon her clients to tout her salon. But as a very wise saying goes: "He who is dishonest in little is dishonest in much." Bare this in mind if you are still considering going here.

Cathy, the owner, single handedly rescued my hair after a horrendous home dying attempt. I will not trust my hair to anyone else, other people have colorists, I call her my Color Artist. When you are in the chair it is all about you and what you want, right down a fabulous selection of herbal teas and gourmet coffees. They do extensive research on all of the latest styles and processes, travelling frequently to conferences and seminars, and they only use top quality products. Book ahead of time and you will not be disappointed. They also carry Bed Head cosmetics and have a make up artist on-site, who is an absolute doll. It's a one stop salon. Even the waxing feels painless! Quality. Attention. Skill. Artistry.

Pros: Amazing talent, Enthusiasm, Cathy is a visionary!

Cons: Hard to book in a pinch but they will try to accomodate you.

I don't know what Belthzar was thinking, but I just got to experience Studio Mac Salon. I Look Gorgeous, I feel gorgeous. I was recommended Studio Mac by a co-worker and I booked an appointment with the owner Cathy. She was so sweet and helpful, she put a certain sparkle in the atmosphere in the Salon. All the while acting very professional and concentrating on just me. Not 3 clients at a time. As you see in most salons. She not only worked her magic with me, she made me feel beautiful and taught me how to take care of my new hairstyle. The salon was hopping with excitement and everyone there was so nice. It reminded me of a Salon that I once visited in Chicago. Very chic, very talented stylist's. My service consisted of a haircut & hilites, conditioning treatments and style. I felt like I was in a boutique salon from New York. I would highly recommend STUDIO MAC! It was a very professional visit. How anyone can confuse it with Mac cosmetics is an un-educated moron, and not a person who frequents beauty salons. Please go and visit this Great Salon. Tell them Smittygrl sent you. You won't regret it!

Happened upon this salon after seeing a colleague arrive at work with exceptional hair color and a very flattering cut. Went for my first appointment almost two years ago and I have been there ever since! The stylists are so talented! People I haven't seen in ten years say I look younger than when they saw me last! The staff is welcoming and the salon provides reminder calls to help you remember your appointment. I am so happy I found this quality salon so close to home!

Pros: talented and well trained staff, comfortable atmosphere, easy to get to.

The absolute worst salon I've even been into. My normal hairdresser was on vacation, so I decided to stop in for a trim to get me through. What a mistake. One of the owners did my hair.......not talent what so ever....left looking like a freak! I was under the impression that they were some how affilitated with MAC, inc. but no, they only ripped off the name. If you value how you look, stay away!

Pros: lots of parking

Cons: No Talent, waste of money

Was visiting from New York and needed a Haircut and Color. One of my collegue's had suggested Studio Mac, It was outstanding.Talent matches some of the salons in the big apple without the intense prices. Very chic atmosphere and pampered quality. When I come back for business it will definately be on my agenda to go back.
