IvyBound Phone Tutoring. We used IvyBound as a tutoring source for our daughter who is now a senior in high school and looking to attend a nationally ranked business school. Our May 08 SAT score was 1120, and our best ACT score was a 27. We then put IvyBound on board and were able to take her October 08 ACT score to a composite 32, which in SAT equivalency is 1420, or an equivalency gain of 300 SAT points from where we started. This was done over the phone, took 90 days to accomplish -- and a lot of dedication.
