I would not recommend this company as an employer or as a group home provider. As a former employee I can only describe the environment as hostile and unfriendly. The HR department is run by a talentless bridge troll with a poor attitude. The whole organization is in constant upheaval as they try one crazy idea after another trying to retain order in this anarchist environment. The group home managers seem to be mostly former criminals having affairs with other group home staff, while nobody is wathing your loved one.
Pros: They do offer flex time as an employer
Cons: Hostile environment
