If you like it HOT you will LOVE cardio express of Manchester. The heat is on 72! Seriously !!! who would think of keeping a gym at 72!! I personnally like to WORK UP to the sweat ... but the Staff are all very friendly, Chrissy, Alesha, Cindy,Micky, Matt, Manney are all very friendly... I am very sorry to see Alesha go... she 's always was very helpful and cheery and listens and had alot of great ideas for the gym. The staff does what it can but i realize that they aren't the one's with the control because alot of people complain and they have done their best to accomondate. Most of the customers are very friendly and are all ages shapes and sizes. I am older, need to lose weight and get in shape and the staff just treat you like a friend. Keep up the good work. Matt you're killing me!!! and again the gym won't be the same without Alesha! :( All the cardio machine's have their own TV's (another plus).

Pros: Friendly down to earth staff, friendly down to earth customers, great classes

Cons: Way to hot for a gym! Need to get equipment fixed faster

For $20 to start and $20 a month with unlimited tanning it doesn't get much better as most tanning places are $20 alone and this is with a full gym membership!! The staff is great, all of the cardio machines have personal TV's with cable which makes the workout go by like its nothing! Plenty of machines so you never have to wait. This is the best $20 you can spend on yourself!!

Pros: Price, TV's, Staff

Cons: None!

I find it hard to believe that anyone has something bad to say about this gym. The price is absolutely unbeatable. The start up fee is a little expensive, but my membership is only 15 dollars a month that includes free unlimited tanning (it would be 10 dollars a month w/out the tanning). That rate will be a liftime rate and will never change. I get everything out of this gym that one would get from a Bally's or large chain, and those membeships run anywhere from 40 dollars to 65 dollars a month from what ive seen. The cardio machines all have clear cable TV that you can plug your headphones into. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Also, people of all shapes, sizes, and ages attend this gym. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is on the market for one!

Pros: PRICE!! Staff, services, clean, great equipment

Cons: none to speak of

Hi.. I'm a fluzzy dumb big breasted BlTCH! hehehe Don't bother working out at my gym, I don't like my workers and I treat them unfair! That's right! If you like to be treated like SHlT then come apply at Cardio Express today!!

Pros: Its a gym

Cons: It a horrible gym.. its dirty and the VP hates the workers

I cancelled my membership 2 years ago, i filled out their little cancellation form, and i am still getting charged. i have called several times to get the matter resolved to no success. Now they are making me go back in and fill their form out again b/c they don't have a copy in their system. Once they have you, they never let you go, don't become a member here. if i could give them negative stars, i would.

Pros: decent facilities

this place is great. clean. well equipped. knowledgable staff. convienient hours. new lockers. i like exercising here because i can take my time, no one bothers me, the equipment is easy to use with instructions on each piece and the music is trendy. good location, it is on a bus route and located in a shopping plaza with great stores.

Pros: inexpensive, good color scheme, good parking
