Dont waist your money.

All positive reviews about this place are written by family members to promote marketing. Place is overprices and boring. The only people that actually eat at Enzo's are Middletown Police (they get 25% off) and close friends of the family that own Enzo's.

Every night after five o'clock you can find the owner sitting at the bar drunk. So who is running the place at night? Cooks and waitresses?

I ordered Chicken Marsala twice. First time I loved it, but the second time I got a completely different dish... Tasted horrible.

$8.99 for Caesar salad????!!!! And if you want chicken with that, its additional 2 or 3 dollars!!! Paying 9 dollars for a bowl of lettuce w/dressing?!

Enzo's does not even offer spagetti... ITALIAN? Pizza is WAY overpriced. And it is nothing special.

Enzo's Restaurant - A Great Experience All Around!!!

This restaurant not only has great food and great service to say the least, they are also very generous! My favorites are the pizza, wings and calzones! The restaurant is always clean and everyone is so friendly. They also have donated many gift certificates for the radio stations to auction off at the holidays and to make money on during the year, they've donated meals, etc. Thank you so much for all you do for the business and the community! We appreciate it!

• Pros: All pros - service and food are exceptional!
• Cons: No cons.................unless you can't find parking.

great caterer's

for my job, I have traveled the State of CT pretty extensively. One of my favorite things to do is to try different restaurants in different towns. Enzo's has the best eggplant rollatini, the best calzones and the best chicken salad in the state HANDS DOWN!! I have tried other dishes like veal piccata and found that it is solid italian food like my father used to make. He was from the old country ( & born in 1919). I decided to try them to cater my business functions, I found them to be consistent and my clients all raved about the quality. They are not trying to be anything other than old fashion italian food.

Best italian food anywhere

Enzo's is the greatest restaurant around. I have been many times and have ordered many different plates from the wide variety menu. Everytime I go, I order something different and every time it is excellent. It is the best quality Italian food and also has the friendliest service and a comfortable atmosphere! Everyone should try Enzo's, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

• Pros: Excellent prices, good authentic Italian food
• Cons: parking, everyone seems to think it's a public parking lot for middletown business and it's not.

The New Enzo's Can Have it

The New Enzo's only gets 3 out of 5 stars with me.

It's not the same. March 6, 2006 dining experience

Ambiance---it's nice it could be brighter

However when an Italian restaurant doesn't even offer spaghetti and meatballs they've lost it. $1.75 per meatball if you want---Dad had 2.

Just penne and linguini for pasta choices. Our portions were large.

I had linguini & clams with red sauce. My red sauce had a hint of cream taste to it which I don't like. I want traditional marinara sauce.

The service started off slow -our waiter(Mark) when I asked him about the pasta dishes gave us the worst answer that drives me crazy in a restaurant----I don't know about the pasta---I only eat the pizza. That alone is minus 50 points----

They're trying to be something they're not and won't get my regular business. Time to try another option in town.

Delicious is the only way to describe this pizza. The sauce, dough, and cheese are out of this world and must be fresh!! Anyone who wrote bad reviews are just JEALOUS! This place rocks!!

Enzo's Restaurant & Pizza is mmmmGOOD!! iF u want some REAL ITALIAN FOOD that's out of this world then GO TO ENZO'S. Their pizza is amazing, along with their delicious ITALIAN DINNERS and their FAMOUS GRiLLED CHICKEN. Not to mention their friendly service and warm atmosphere. The workers there are unbelieveably nice and always have time to stop and talk to the customers. So if u want some good ITALIAN FOOD.. go to ENZO's RESTAURANT... cuz their, Mmmm GOOD!!!

Not A Very Good Visit.

I went to the Enzo's located in Middletown, CT. To say the least, this was the worst pizza I ever had.

Sauce was horrible, tasted like a very bad jar sauce and the crust on the pizza was so hard we couldn't even eat the crust.

I couldn't wait to get out of the restaurant and end our Pizza excurition.

For every one customer a business looses, they'll lose ten, if their food is not good and I have to tell you, all our friends know not to go to Enzo's. Too bad, it seemed like a place that we would like to visit again. This was are first visit and trust me, definitely our last one.

Nothing compares! Out of this world food! Golden, crisp crust and tasty sauce makes this pizza one of a kind. Nothings better than going out to a restaurant that's clean, has good service and wonderful food! My wife and I will definetly take the kids back.

This is my absoluetly favorite place to eat. I can't get enough of the garlic bread with cheese. NO place makes it even close to as good as Enzo's does!
