There was parking, the place was clean, the cat aquarium cool & even the other pet owners there were nice. The sitting area is open and large. Terrible Experience, Treated AWFUL. I brought my cat to this hospital needing emergency services for possible poisoning. I was given wrong information by staff, treated disrespectfully by staff when I voiced frustration about my experience and was charged for services that were not discussed with me. All the staff that work at the desk were frequently sitting around while I waited for service and were overheard making sarcastic and inappropriate remarks about other customers. By the end, I was charged hundreds of dollars for services, ignored when I had questions, and charged for a flea treatment my cat needed after contracting fleas FROM THE HOSPITAL! never go here, I would not go to any vet associated with CT Veterinary Center because if you ever have to use their emergency services you will be treated terribly.…
