Similar to the real Bourbon St. in New Orleans

Great for happy hour after-work and late into the night. Gets a bit rowdy and the girls are hot and a bit drunk. As long as you're decent looking, you should get laid, just like on the real Bourbon St.

This is the place to be for your after-work drink(s) and your late night rowdy good time. The food is good, the people are hot and definitely worth the trip. Come enjoy a piece of New Orleans in downtown Hartford.

Let the good times roll at this New Orleans-inspired restaurant and bar that's a happy hour hot spot.

The Scene
Whether you consume the food or the spirits, Bourbon Street North is almost like being in the Crescent City. And like New Orleans, the clientele is varied and eclectic. Four dark bars serve up mixtures that are close relatives to Pat O'Brien's famous Hurricanes. The ceiling fans and dark-wood floors are a reminder of haunts that line the French Quarter. The pool room is secluded from the all the hubbub--a good thing during the work week when the bar is consistently jammed at happy hour.

The Food
Get the Bourbon Street Grateful Dead (Malibu Rum, Bombay Sapphire gin, Stoli, Chambord, Cointreau, sour mix and cranberry juice served in a 16-ounce glass) and order up a bowl of gumbo. There's also plenty of standard sandwiches, salads and appetizers to munch.

one of the best bars in hartford to go and talk and meet people....then maybe some drunk dancing too!!!

unfortunately they have been playing the same songs and music for the past 10 years. good crowd...mainly over 25!
