What a great find! I was so amazed when I walked in! The customer service was just superb! I was immediately greeted at the front desk, and then escorted upstairs to the spa. I noticed that the downstairs hair salon is decorated with a victorian flair, and it looked so warm and inviting. I was greeted by Michele, who was going to do my facial, and oh what a relaxing experience. She was so knowledgeable about my skin, and the type of products that would behoove my treatments going forward. What I liked about Michele, was that she "suggested" products for me, and there was no pressure. After that, I had a massage with Pam, a hot stone, and I was in heaven. The room was so relaxing, and Pam just made me feel like I was in another world. Scruples has an Ultimate Massage, and I got to stay in the room an hour longer, just to "regroup"...I ended up falling asleep, which was just what I needed! After that, I had my Spa manicure and pedicure with Kelly......my legs were massaged, and I almost fell asleep again, in that pedicure chair! I have to say, not only were the services wonderful and handled on schedule, but, the staff was so genuine and caring. The owner must really be proud of them, she's done a great job in selecting them, and her place is just beautiful. The hair salon is also staffed with talented people, I noticed when I was leaving, how great people looked, and the smile on their faces, as well. I recommended this place to my friends, and now, we're putting a Spa Party together, for like 7 of us! I can't wait. Great job Scruples and keep it up!
Pros: Knowledgeable and warm staff. Great atmosphere, not "stuffy".
