I know there are a lot of bad reviews but I actually like the gym (in Vernon.) Everyone is always very nice to me. I agree the gym is a little small but I think they have plenty of equipment to change up my workouts. I don't know about the personal training services because if I want to change-up my workout I just look at fitness magazines, they always have a lot of original ideas. When I went in with my friend who already had a membership, they gave me the free month with no problems. I did have to fill out a form but no one discussed joining with me at that time. I felt no pressure at all. My membership is $20/month, try finding that price at Bally's, L.A. Fitness or anywhere else. They are like $40/month. No thanks!
Pros: price, fiendly staff and free tanning
Cons: PARKING!
