I love this store! They have an amazing collection of jewelry- from really weird, to outrageously beautiful, to practical and wearable. Their collection is so large that they don't have room to display it all in the show room. But the sales people are all really nice and helpful. They will bring hidden treasures out from the safe to show you. It is like going to a museum where they let you touch the art!
Pros: Awesome collection, Fun, helpful staff.
Cons: Can get very busy on weekends.

I took my fiancee's antique engagement ring here to be shanked (thickening the band to make it stronger) It cost $400.00 and a few weeks after she picked it up she noticed it had warped considerably. She took it back to them only to have them suggest that her rough treatment of the ring was the reason for its condition. They were very defensive and dismissive and even sugessted that they would not do more work on the ring becuase my finacee would just come back and complain. They offered no refund or any other path to our satisfaction. I called them and left a message with a sales clerk who assured me the owners would be notified. Two days later I called back to see what was happening. The woman I spoke to said she had heard something about my problems but there was nothing they would do. A very dissapointing experience all around. Be wary of their work and their attitude.
