stay far from these people, they took my money and ran. I bought a washer and a dryer and they both are half dead. The washer gushes all over the floor as soon as it goes into drain mode and its spin cycle has to be ran twice or clothes a dripping wet. The dryer set takes about 95 minutes give or take to dry clothes completely.

I called the company a week after delivery, the owner 'Mark CONway' came out with a guy "Kiko". They ran the washer and it didnt leak. Mark assured me that if it happened again, I could call him and he would take care of it for me...fair enough.

A week later it starts at it again relentlessly so i called the number on my receipt. The line was disconnected. I called his cellphone number that i happened to have on my caller id from him letting me know my delivery would be late. I got ringing and ringing. So I text a few times over a few days, i get nothing.

Then after giving up trying to find his ad on craigslist...time goes by and Im frustrated one day over it. So i had the idea to search for them on the New Haven Craigslist, so i did.

Bingo, there they are. I sent an email saying I need a spare fridge, which i do. I also called cuz the number was on the ad. I told ''Danielle" what happened and she told me there was no Mark there. Then she said my warrantee was expired by a week. Then she said Mark the guy who drank a lot died in a fire. I explained the whole situation about not being able to contact them cuz the number was disconnected. She said her boss couldnt do anything if my warrantee was over. I asked to speak with him so she put a young guy on who was translating better.

He tried very hard to get rid of me but my case was solid and I stated it well with persistence. He finally tells me that they will call me next Monday morning to set up an appointment....they never called. I left a few messages and they just blew me off.
