Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The owner cut my hair. I had a photo of what I wanted, just my same haircut-a blunt cut bob. But he used texturizing shears which on fine hair just makes it finer.It looked awful and was unevenly cut. Now it is four months later and still growing out. When I tried to say something he was arrogant and dismissive. His refusal to listen to what I wanted and proceed with what HE wanted make this experience a negative. Sorry to disagree with the majority of reviews here, but I would NOT go back and would NOT recommend him.

Wonderful. This is a wonderful place to get styled. I usually do walk-ins, as I never can make a timely appointment and they are extremely accommodating. The stylists do the best job, and believe me, I have tried them all!!!! I lived in Manhattan and used to pay up to $250 for a hair cut but ow I found this fab. salon and I get the same cut for a much,much less!!! Thanks BB

HORRIBLE- NO SKILLS!. I went to zinc expecting to get a great haircut since the prices were relatively high, I was only asking for a simple cut but they butchered my hair! It has been 6 months now and it still has not grown out enough for another salon to fix! My fiance made the same mistake of going to zinc and he too had an awful cut! They just do not have the skills required. Their cuts are comparable to someone just learning-AWFUL. Please do not waste your money!
