Very helpful company. We were relocating offices and the movers dropped the RAID server. They picked it up and put it on the truck and said nothing to any one of us. We arrived at the new building and went to set it up and of course nothing worked and it would not boot up. We then took it to Secure Data Recovery Services for a RAID 0+1 data recovery. When it was dropped one of the hard drives broke so they replaced it with a new one and moved the data to the new drive. I wanted to personally thank you for such a fast turnaround time.

Their services were fast, detailed and extraordinary. I called Secure Data Recovery Services to see if they worked on Apple devices and I was thrilled to hear they did. Yeah! My laptop was severely infected with a Trojan virus I could not get rid of. I opted to use their emergency services for just a little more money to get my Mac back ASAP.Secure Data Recovery Services did what is called a “Mac Data Recovery” and located, quarantined and removed the nasty virus from my precious Mac laptop. This is a letter of appreciation for your remarkable service. A RAID 1 data recovery can be a major catastrophe in a business. The mirroring and duplexing image was not working properly in our system. One disk was making a screeching sound and then just stopped. You guys are beyond GREAT!. Microsoft Access is a major part of our data base with crucial information of all of our clients to make it easy to cross reference anything. Our Access went bonkers and became corrupted and we could no get to anything! We called Secure Data Recovery Services to do a Database Data Recovery for our Access. They arrived within 20 minutes and it took them 45 minutes to fix and make perfect again. Who are these guys? They are like the batman of recovery services! Thank you for your brilliance and fast services!. A RAID 5 data recovery is a very technical operation to perform and we deliberated over who to call to fix our system. Two of the hard drives were not performing properly and one had a severe cracking sound to it. We shut down the system and chose Secure Data Recovery Services. We are very glad we did. Thanks. We needed an EMERGENCY RAID 0 Data Recovery. I called numerous businesses and inquired who they used and 3 out of 4 companies told me to call Secure Data Recovery Services Recovery. They arrived within 30 minutes and removed our RAID system and brought it to their building to fix. One of the hard drives was corrupted. They imaged the information onto a new drive and restoration was 100% back to normal. I am very glad the other businesses knew who to call in this type of situation. The allotted time from beginning to end was only 2 hours! And the price was amazing. They are now the only company we call for any type of repair. Thanks

Thank you. I let my oldest son use my computer which I never do. The next day I turned it on and could not access any of my Microsoft Outlook emails or files or anything.
