Best of the Best! These guys came out within a few hours. Snaked a scope down the pipe, showed me the problem. Decided to replace the sewer line (very old clay pipes). They did it the NEXT day. The driver of the excavator was like a ballet dancer in that machine. We had a few problems with damage to the drainage from our gutters but they fixed it. The guys who came our were professional, polite, and friendly. I think I might have paid a little more but to have such great customer service and done in a day was worth it. These people truly believe in customer service.

Great Service!!!. We had a major/complicated clog in our second story pipes and the roto-rooter plumber (who came within 1 hour of our call) was professional and efficient. He didn't give up when it got frustrating and he was able to get the job done. He was amazing!!!! Everything is working great and we will always use Roto-Rooter for any and all future plumbing issues! Thank you for the great service!

New Water Heater. My water heater failed on Thanksgiving morning. Purchased water heater at Home Depot next morning, then decided to call Roto-Rooter to install same day. They came out within the hour and got the job done in the time they said it would take. Although I was pleased with the service, I felt they were pricey.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. Had a pipe leaking behind my tub to the finished basement ceiling downstairs. Called Roto-Rooter (Hartford), and set up an appointment for yesterday 11/18/11. I live in Putnam. The plumber came by and quickly began working on the problem. Eddie was his name. He was very percise and meticulous about his work, which was a great relief to me. Within no time at all the leak was fixed and all is good. Even got a 1 year guarantee for the work. Awesome job thanks for everything.

Roto-Rooter- good job, on time. Had a clogged drain, called Roto-Rooter, they said they would have someone over in a hour.20 minutes passed they called and said they were running late and confirmed later on.

The technician showed up lateron time, that's good service, didn't have me waiting all day.

The best plumber yet.. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled, because the Roto Rooter plumber, schedule for me was delayed at his present job assignment. However Roto Rooter immediately found a Hartford Roto Rooter plumber to come to New haven to assess the problem. That plumber was on time the next morning to tackle the job I requested. He was friendly and quite knowledgeable about his trade. He not only accomplished fulfilling the task at hand, but more than once found other devastating problems within the existing pipes. He show me how bad the pipes were clogged up with old grease accumulated through out the years and also suggested that I get the a pipe jet flush. He schedule for me a pipe jet flush cleaner for Friday morning, who also arrive and did the work efficiently. He formulated another work order on the spot and gave me the exact cost of the repair work he additionally found and tackled it without any complaints even as much as he had communicated with me that he had a wine tasting to go to with his wife after the job was finished. When he finished all the work he clean up what he could at the time and said he would come back the next morning which was his day off, to pickup the rest of the payment for the newly found problems, giving time to go to the bank and make a bank check for him.

Well on his day off he arrived early Friday morning, to pick up the check and finish removing the old left over pipes. However as he was doing that he noticed that there was quite of bit of water coming from between the pipes he had installed and from the first floor. Lord and behold unaware there was another pipe inside the wall of the first floor apartment that had cracked from old age as he had removed and install the new ones. Mind you that this was this plumber's day off. He went to right to work on it immediately without complaining and was there for over five hours as he had to break into the corner partition of the first floor apartment and second floor apartment to access and repair the existing damage pipe. It was not easy, but to say the least, he not only did the work, but beyond that he made sure that all my first floor and second floor kitchen sink connections to the drain pipe were properly installed and made it so.

This is plumber Tech #7206 is a worker that deserves great merit. Like him there are few these days. If these are the types of employees that Roto Rooter hires, I recommend Roto Rooter for your home or building plumbing problems. Roto Rooter that's the name.

ROTO-ROOTER PLUMBERS 6/7/11. CALLED THE HARTFORD CT ROTO ROOTER FOR A PLUMBER PROBLE, A CLOGGED DRAIN, AND WITHIN 1/2 HOUR THE TECH WAS THERE. HE TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM IN A FAST PROFESSIONAL MANNER. A GREAT JOB FOR A VERY SATISIFIED CUSTOMER. THANKS!!!

Roto-Rooter to the rescue.. I contacted the Hartford Roto-Rooter office when I noticed a leak behind my wall. The plumber arrived within one hour of my call. He completed the repair in ten minutes and was on his way. The plumber was pleasant to deal with and acted in a professional manner. I will use this service again when the need arises.

Great Service!. I had an acute situation with a toilet backing up into the bathtub, leaking over the bathroom floor, and a heavy leak down in the basement. I called Roto-Rooter in Hartford a little before 8 am and they had a plumber (Eddie) at my house shortly after 9 am, I am impressed. The plumber was very professional, polite and got the job done before noon. The pricing was reasonable and I wasn’t “oversold” on any additional work or products, I was well informed during the whole process about the work and potential additional costs. I felt very comfortable and in good hands. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter for all my future plumbing needs, a great service, thank you!
