I have found Plus One Defense Systems in West Hartford, Connecticut to be the best martial arts school around! They have fantastic staff; their facility is beautiful, and they teach a great variety of disciplines. Whether you are looking for adult or children's instruction... whether you want defense, fitness, or you want to compete... you've got to check out Plus One!
Pros: Staff, Facility, Hours- just overall a great place
Cons: Located in West Hartford- worth the trip- but that's where they are located.
