OMG AmAzing!!. I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW GREAT THEY WERE! I HAD FORGOTTON MY WIF'ES ANNINVERSARY, AND WAS FRANTIC. NO ONE WOULD DEL RIGHT AWAY, EXCEPT FLOWER'S BY TIMOTHHYY THEY SAVED ME BIG TIME. I WILL BE CALLING YOU GUYS NEXT YEAR! TRHANKS GUYS.

Bad Product and Poor service. I ordered flowers for my Grandma and Grandfather's anniversary. First of all they were delivered the next day!! not on the day they were suppose to be delievered, when I called to see when they would be delievered I was told they "were out to be delievered". Okay one strike, then when they finally arrive the next day, I ask my Grammie to explain what she got....low and behold NOT what I ordered and NOT what I paid for. I called and got an answering machine twice. Finally on the third call I got a woman on the phone who could of cared less, very poor customer service. She refused to rufund my money and do anything about the arrangement, she stated it was a "special order" and that they are not refundable. I also explained it was delievered a day late and she stated the driver tried to make the delivery but noone was home, which was a lie my Grandparents where home all day. So nothing was done about this. I wouldn't reccoment this florist to anyone, they are not customer friendly at all, only when taking your money and order!!! Stay away from these money hungry people. Bad Customer Service. Made many attempts to call this business and all I seem to get is an answering machine. They must be too busy to answer the phone. it's too bad... I had a very large order that they missed out on.

The only florist i would ever use. This florist is amassing !!!! they helped me out when no one would i called the other florist in town and was turned away ( can you believe that you have to have your order into them by 11 am or they cant do it ) So when i called an talked to the people at flowers by timothy they go my order out right away. I will always go to them and you should too..

Absolutely Fabulous store!. I just moved here from NYC and wanted to send flowers to my Grandma who I recently moved in with to help. I didn't know any stores in the area. I went to the local grocery store and their flowers looked dead. I drove a little ways down the street and found this quaint little store. It was well worth it! The workers were so helpful and nice and the arrangement was amazing and excellently priced. It's a shame that there are some bad reviews on here, but ppl only tend to write when they are dissatisfied only. That is why I made sure and wrote a nice one, they deserve it. If you are in the windsor area, I highly recommend going there!

Bad Business Practices!. I ordered flowers for my husband's birthday and he said they were half dead. When we called the owner was not available to talk to us and employee was very rude saying, "we are Snelgrove, we don't sell half-dead". They refused to return the money or send a replacement. A few months later I was going through my credit card transactions and found that they had charged my credit card seven more times in the same amount. When I called they told me that their credit department was unavailable but when I went in, they just had a credit card machine, no department. Sounded odd so I called the credit card company and they made me aware that this business is being investigated for credit card fraud. So I provided my information and am awaiting a full refund of all eight transactions. Bad business practices, especially since it's illegal.

Don't ever use Flowers by Timothy Snelgrove because they have bad product.

Don't every use Flowers by Timothy Snelgrove because they'll charge your credit card and lie to you about the charges to aviod refunding you the money.

If you've been charged multiple times by this company, bring the proof to the police department, they'll add it to the charges.

Absolutely wondeful customer service and selection!. I am a very picky person, especially when it comes customer service. Flowers by Timothy has won me over! From the moment you walk in the door, until you walk back out, they are there to help and you get the sense that they really do have your best interest at heart. Even well after your visit or purchase, if you sign up for their email program, they keep in touch with you, letting you know about specials and to see how you are doing. They really are a people's florist!

This Florist is the best in Connecticut. I have used many florist in my time,I have to say that Flowers by Timothy was the very best i have ever used.

there customer service is out of this world. You will be so happy with them. The thing that i like the most is they know what they are doing being a thrid gendration florist. Tim is always there too he is so helpfull..
