The worst place in the area you can go for anything. If I was dying and needed water, I'd end up dying before being serviced at this place. DON'T EAT AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE SO DESPERATE THAT YOU CAN'T THINK OF ANY OTHER PLACE TO EAT LIKE SOMEONE'S TOILET.
