Great Space, Great Staff. The apartments here are very nice & the staff is accommodating. The size alone of the apartments is a huge plus for me as well as the historic feel of the building. Sure it has its quirks, but it sure beats the cookie-cutter "modern" apartments that I find so boring - I've seen multiple apartments in my building here & none of them look the same - they all are unique and lovely. (PS. The maintenance crew here is amazing!!!)…
Advertised at luxury...not quite.
The apartments and it's location are relative nice, however the walls are PAPER thin and you will hear everything (i.e. neighbors' talking, laughing, singing, snoring, sneezing, etc). When there is
traffic in the hall, you hear people on cells phones and walking/running outside your door or above/below your apartment. There are constant outside doors slamming close as well as the numerous interior fire doors.
Parts of the building could use some repair..leaky roofs inside apartments, poor insulation, etc. Some parts of the building really smelly due to various cooking ingredients used by other tenants.
While parking is adequate, depending where you live in the building, your daily haul to and from the parking lot can take it's toll. The office staff and maintenance is moderately attentive, but lacks in ongoing communication of apartment issues. You have to do follow-up with them a lot to make sure things get addressed.
It maybe be cute, but not luxury.…
