They scream at you

I was shocked by their behavior.
The technician was pushy and loud.
The owner screamed. She was quite abusive.
They are a service business. Yet, their idea of customer service is to yell at their customers.
I have never written a negative word about anyone or any company. Yet, I feel that others should be warned.
Should you decide to do business with them, do not agree to pay for an estimate. Also, do not accept their definition of what the current building codes area.
What's more, be aware of their scare tactics. Don't let yourself get pushed or pressured. Finally, get more than one price.

Phenomenally rude

As a customer I never expect to be cursed out over the phone by a service provider. More importantly, when I hang up mid-rant, I certainly don't expect to be called back for another round of attacks. I will never use this company again.
