Tips for Meineke Car Care Center

Horrible service. I went for a simple oil change. The tech cross threaded the drain plug! Instead of telling me he had done it and installing an over sized drain plug or a new oil pan he put it HALFWAY IN and then GOUPED IT UP WITH RTV (caulk) and NEVER mentioned it. Bottom line they are shaddy and i would stay away!
