Best Buy proved to be Worst Buy in my entire life.
Beware of Best Buy's return policy. In fact, be afraid...be very afraid, and bring along an attorney, a notary public, and two witnesses before returning anything. I purchased a laptop from the Best Buy in West Hartford during tax season when it was too busy for me to set it up then and put it aside unopend for a month in its sealed carton, assuming that if anything was damaged, Best Buy would stand behind its products. Wrong! When I attempted to return it in Newington, I was suspected of being a scammer, as if I had thrown the laptop against the wall and broken it, instead of it being damaged prior to or in shipment. Management absolutely refused to exchange it even though I offered to take a lie detector test and submit a urine sample. They made it clear that it was entirely up to the manufacturer to replace the defective laptop, throwing me under the bus to a manufacturer in Japan. Best Buy proved to be the Worst Buy of my entire life. Go elsewhere for customer service and not to be insulted and regarded as a liar.
