WORST SERVICE EVER. This is the worst company to deal with when it comes to ordering from. According to their website not only can you get a delivery, but for an extra $5 you have have it delivered BEFORE noon GUARANTEED. Well that is a flat out lie. I placed an order at 7:30 PST and they were not delivered until 2:00pm that same day. PLUS the flowers that I ordered was supposed to have a $10.00 discount and they only took $5.00 off, AND the arrangement that was sent was not even CLOSE to being the one that I ordered. The worst part was that they felt that $11 was good enough to rectify the situation.…

Yes, this is a real review of For You Flowers. First, I would like to say that it seems like there are only two types of reviews on this site for From You Flowers: 5 star paid reviews, and 1 star negative reviews. That being said, the experience I had today with FYF was excellent all around. I ordered a "Red Designed By Florist - Deluxe" arrangement to be delivered to my fiancee's office between 9 am and 5 pm. I ordered it at about 8:30 EST. At 9:30 EST, I sent an email to FYF asking for a delivery confirmation. "Ashley" replied about 10 minutes later stating she would do so.

At about 12:30 pm, I received a call from FYF stating that my flowers had been delivered! Just to verify, I called the receptionist at my fiancee's office and asked her if the flowers were indeed there. Her reply: "Oh yes, they're here! They look great!"

The only reason for the 4 star rating is that I find the $15 delivery fee to be a tad steep, but perhaps this isn't completely fair, since all the other online floral services charge about the same. Also, I'm not sure what the arrangement looks like yet, so I can't judge if I got my money's worth. Even if the arrangement isn't quite what I expected, that is the fault of the florist, not FYF. But as far as reliability and customer service, they certainly made me happy!…

I had ordered flowers for a friend's funeral but it was never delivered, however I was told twice personally that it was delivered on time. As a flower delivery service company, they should've followed up with this before I had to chase after them for answers. Not only they've failed to follow up on a simple order but they've also failed to follow through with their promise of letting me know what was going on. I have used this company a handful of times but I will never use them again after this. It's not only the fact that the flowers were never delivered but also the failure to handle this properly and promptly when notified by the customer several times. For the record, I have called twice and emailed twice regarding the status of my order and was told twice personally that my order was delivered on time. This was for a funeral which was 3 weeks ago. Even if they have them deliver the flowers today, it wouldn't be for my complete satisfaction. And, even if I get a full refund from them, it will wouldn't be for my complete satisfaction.…

From You Flowers is a JOKE. I ordered for Valentines Day a month early. I paid extra to have them delivered before noon. Not only were they not there by noon. They NEVER showed up. I called customer service and waited on the phone for an hour. I sent 3 emails in which, have still not gotten a reply. They refunded my money (so they said), but still ruined a holiday! They couldn't get ahold of the florist and has no explanation of what happened. I understand they were busy that day, but they had a whole month call me if their was a problem.…
