Tips for Panera Bread

December 11, 2007

Fresh-baked goods, fresh-brewed coffee and creative sandwiches served up in relaxed, roomy surroundings.. In Short
Bright colors and comfortable furniture give this chain cafe a laid-back feel, with scattered tables that beckon coffee-sipping readers, chatters and diners. All baked goods--bagels, muffins, two dozen kinds of bread--are made fresh on the premises. Sandwiches include turkey-artichoke panini and Asiago roast beef, plus standards like chicken salad and smoked turkey. Soups change daily, but popular choices like broccoli and cheese, chicken noodle and French onion are always on the menu.

If you are ordering pizza and if you dont like thin crust - dont come here. If you are ordering pizza and if you dont like thin crust - dont come here. I ordered Pizza and it was thinnest crust possible on earth and not great taste. High on Sodium and lots of un necessary fat such as Oil

I havent order sandwich but looks great.

Poor service. Everytime I go to this place they always screw up my order. Couple wks ago, they gave me the wrong order. Today, I paid for my order of crispani and 2 soups w/ sides. Got a pager. Waited for 15 mins for my soups and sides. Had to tell them about it. So they fix it for me w/o apologizing. Waited another 25 mins more for the crispani. Went up again to remind them nicely about my order. Woman said, "Oh, your order not listed in here". Showed her my receipt and finally took care of it. By the time I got my food, I wasn't even hungry anymore. Their staff told me it would only take a couple of mins. There wasn't even a lot of people when I came there today (Sat afternoon). It's normally full of people.... Poor service. Cashier seems to not know what she's doing. She wasn't even aware if I paid for my food. She had to ask me "did you pay yet?".

Great Place to Eat!. Good soup, salad, sandwich spot or as a place to stop for a sweet treat! We go here as a family to each in a comfortable chair by the fireplace, or as a place for a coffee or a sweet treat. Of note are their bagels. They are nothing short of awesome and cheaper than most!
