The Worse.
If you are looking for bad food and service, then this is the place for you. Went there a few weeks ago and it was downhill from the onset. We ordered Martini's and the waiter immediately asked for the shakers back. He claimed the bartenders did not have enough shakers to go around. Then we placed our orders which included two appetizers and only received one. The waiter rarely check on us and seemed a bit flaky while serving us. Lastly, I ordered the pasta with white clam sauce and my clam sauce was gray ( not very appealing). A one star would be really be overrating this place. Go to Tuscany Grill around the corner, much better place.

Best Restaurant!.
The food is so delish and the martinis are great! :) The waitstaff is friendly and personable, the management is also very acommodating! The first thing that attracted to me after being recommended was the contemporary atmosphere. It's so different from any other restaurant around, and so pretty! If you're looking for something reasonable, great food, and a personable yet knowledgeable staff, come to Amici for a great experience! Don't listen to the complainers on this website...I've eaten here at lunch and the staff is amazing. Also, for the lunch specials it says no substitutions...you say you're so professional, can you read? :) I love it here and it is constantly upholding it's high standards!

Good location - unhappy staff.
I talked this place up after first few visits. Food is good, but beware of unhappy wait staff. Only one is outgoing and personable. Enjoyed the mini-pizza lunch special with delicious salad. Decent wine list, but after last visit, will take a lot for my return. Due to dietary restrictions I asked for (God forbid) that the pasta be replaced with anything else. The glum waitress brought over the arrogant lunch time manager who explained that the chef could not substitute. I ordered the chicken marsala without the pasta and had the bread with it. Unfortunately, the chef that day was heavy with the salt and the meal was almost unedible. Maybe that's why they needed the pasta under the chicken? This is a business lunch crowd and the manager should recognize that some people just may be professionals who are expecting professional behavior from the wait staff and management. NOT. Sad that I have to share this with my business associates and friends.
