Great wings, and bartenders!

I went to see what the Central Cafe looked like after 30 years. It was clean, it was pretty full of people, so I sat down and watched TV on the large flat screens hanging over the bar. There is quite a menu, which includes 56 different flavors of chicken wings. I have tried 5 so far and they were all good.The bartenders are all friendly and attentive. I now go there more frequently than I thought I would have. Central Cafe is close to where I live, and is nice, I have brought several friends.

SUPERIOR FOOD & ENTERTAINMENT IN PLAINVILLE!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Central Cafe in downtown Plainville. (1) Ron (the owner), chef and bartenders are friendly and competent; (2) the restaurant and restrooms are kept very clean; (3) the quality of food is great - especially the large & plump chicken wings; (4) the prices are reasonable and the quantities are above average; (5) the focus is on entertaining the patrons - texas hold 'em games, billiards, new juke box with awesome sound; lots of TVs for sporting events, karaoke, plus local and regional bands on Saturday nights; and (6) there are lots of ice cold brews on tap to choose from!
- Pros: the food and entertainment - PLUS - an outside patio venue in the rear
- Cons: only 1 pool table - sometimes limited parking in front, but more parking in the back
