Avoid Whenever Possible !. As the other reveiwer stated, not only were they not courteous, but they turned me away 5 minutes before closing...even though it was an Hour and 5 minutes from closing, according to their voice recording. I called their number before I went and it stated they were open until 7 P.M. Monday and Tuesday, and Wednesday-Friday until 6. I went on Tuesday.

I was told "We don't see people who show up After normal business hours."

Trust me when I tell you it was said in a negative tone, and with attitude.

I ended up going to a Walk-in on the Berlin Tpke, next to McDonald's, across from the old Drive-in. They were polite, quick, professional, and the facility is new and spotless.

I highly recommend them if you have the option.

Place is a joke. I have been to this place four times and never was treated right. I went to the Rocky Hill walk-in for the same problem (a cough) and they gave me a free packet of medicine and it worked right away. This doc at middletown tried giving me the same old antibiotic again and I told him I didnt need it. In fact I told him exactly what I needed and he dedided I needed a xray. Do you know how much xrays cost? Well, My lungs were clear and he prescribed me what I TOLD him I needed AND it cost $$$170.00, with insurance. What a joke, my insurance is not that good and I used up a xray that was not needed and spent all that money and now have to pay a co-pay of $25. This is a month after I paid $85 for a visit with another doc who gave me the antibiotic that didn't work. I will NEVER go back. AND... at the time their phone message said they were open till 7 and I showed up at 5:40 and they said they couldnt take me b/c they close in 20 minutes!
