Great!. My family always has a good time here. My 3-year old son is totally entertained and quiet enough for the adults to enjoy dinner. And the food is very good! Highly recommend it.
Awful Service & Food. We took our kids here for the first time and very diappointed to say the least. We waited an hour and a half for our table and realized once we were seated that the wait was because of the extremely slow service. It took another hour to get our food and we didn't order appetizers. The food wasn't good and the kids were still hungry after their very small portions of mac n cheese and pasta.
Terrible service, terrible food..
I've brought my little cousins here countless times, and every time someone brings up going, I brace myself. Not once have I ever had a good experience here. The food is really greasy, and honestly isn't worth the price you pay for it. The servers and hosts are rude and attituded, and there are huge roaches EVERYWHERE.
The last time I was there, I ordered spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer, and there was hair and a hole in the dip which appeared to be from someone sticking their finger in it. Our entrees came out cold, and my chicken tortellini had about three small pieces of chicken in it.
When I asked our server to see a manager, she gave a snotty look and walked away.
After about 15 minutes of waiting, the manager, Jeremy finally came over. What a jackass. He gave an attitude the entire time, essentially trying to make it seem that the issues with our food was my fault. This was the last straw.
I asked for the check and left.
I will NEVER return there again and I will be calling their corprate office to complain.
I suggest to stay away.
Great for the kids!!!!!. The Rainforest Cafe is a wonderful place for kids and kids at heart. They have moving animals and Rainforest sounds. There is enough to look at to keep the kids (and kids at the heart) busy while you wait for the food. They used bring bring out a VOLCANO with a sparkler in the top now they have this decoration not as cool but the kids still love it. You can call ahead and make a reservation if you are pressed for time if not Build a Bear is right in the same Mall.....
This cartoon jungle is a child's wonderland, with waterfalls, swinging monkeys and a canopy of faux flora and fauna..
In Short
While waiting for a table, hungry diners prowl the retail village, where cash-register ka-chings compete with chirping birds, roaring lions and chest-thumping gorillas. When the lights start to flicker, never fear--thunderstorms are part of the show. The menu is American comfort food--pastas, burgers, pizzas and salads--served with a tropical flair. There are plenty options that the kids will recognize, but enough novelty to keep the parents happy.
A long wait for little excitement. Obviously, this restaurant is geared towards children. They offer an exciting backdrop (robotic rainforest animals) but the food is overpriced and I believe similiar to the quality of Friendlys if not worse. The animals may scare some younger kids so prep them! You also have to give your name and wait for avg. 20 minutes to be called agian to wait 5 more minutes to be seated and this is when its not busy. I think they want you spend all that time waiting trying to keep your kids from wanting everything in their gift store- typical Disney!! I am never going back again.
