Not Great for a Large Party.... Tonight was my first experience with Angelino's in Vernon. As a weekly friday ritual, we selected Angelino's to wine and dine on a friday evening. My party called a couple of hours before our dining time to set up a reservation for 14. When we arrived, we realized our reservation was not communicated to the dining room manager. Our party was split into 4 separate dining tables. We decided to stay and enjoy our firday evening. While being sat the dining room manager did not apologize about the misunderstanding, instead she explained that other parties were more "important" and she would not be able to accomadate us.

Our server was very pleasant and professional. He served us quickly and made sure we were happy with the service.

The Chicken Florintine was great, as well as the Veal Parm. Unfortunately, the Chicken Gorganzola was served cold. Overall the food was above average.

Although the food was mostly good, I got home and had a bad taste in my mouth. It was very suprising that the management of this establishment acted so innappropriately towards my party. I am a huge believer in customer service and making the customer happy. A happy customer will tell a few friends. An unhappy cutomer will post on City Serch for all to read.

In conclusion,I would reccommend this restaurant for a small group of people. However, if you are dining with a large group Georgina's in Bolton was a much better experience than Angelino's.
