Order by phone beware!!!!

It seems every time we call our order in. We pick up and to our dismay they have heated something that wasn't supposed to be heated, forgot the cheese or gave us a wrap instead of a grinder. Maybe the owners need to hire somebody who can pay attention when they answer the phone to take orders .
