Just bought my wood burning insert at Dean's. I had a great experience from start to finish. I worked with 2 different sales people who were knowledgeable and courtious. The 2 fellas that did my installation were TOP notch! I will tell all my friends about mt positive experience at Dean's. My only concern is it did take awhile because the place was packed. Oh yeah, my kids even had warm baked cookies hot out of one of their stoves.
- Pros: Great product, better people
- Cons: Very crowded on the weekends.
Dean's should be investigated.

Bought a new$12,000 Spa from them. Installation doesn't meet code. Sevice is never available. After the Sale, Service & Sales dissappear. Finally had the manufacturer involved who used another dealer to solve the problem. Thinking this was an isolated event, I bought a pellet stove last year. The stove looks great but the unit does not work as demonstrated in the store. After at least six unanswered calls, I went to the store, so mad I could have thrown the stove through their window. They said they were very busy would send someone out that week. Never heard a word. Called the better business bureau. If you don't want to have to write a review like this tell your family and friends not to shop there.

I had a gas insert installed in my fireplace and it heats my whole house. 1500 sq. ft. From when I purchased it to the day when it was installed, It was a very pleasant experience. I have it for a year and they call me every six months to see if I have any problems.
