interesting outdoor seating

I have been her several times as a friend was at Middlesex Hospital for a few weeks. The Luce combo scapollini was great. Everything else I had was just okay, but you could see that some other tables really liked it. I;m use to the West Hartford scene and feel fortunate that I have some great choices like Grants, Bricco, etc in WH where Luce is the best of Middletown and is just okay
- Pros: Friendly waitress
- Cons: just okay food
