BEST MASSAGE I EVER HAD. SUPERB SPA!!. Seriously the best massage I have ever had. Heather, thank you for introducing me to the triple trance, it was such a wonderful massage. I am still floating. I bought 3 gift cards to give as Christmas gifts. Body and Sole is a special place, I felt so warm and welcomed from the first step in. I was greeted by the owner Maria who was so gracious and accomodating, she offered me a delicious blend of herbal tea and homemade granola while I waited and chatted with me about other services and treatments I may like. The place is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. I am looking forward to returning soon to try a variety of some of their other unique and im sure wonderful treatments. Great place, great ambience. Thank you again!!

Totally unrelaxing. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this spa. I scheduled a package that included a massage, facial, and pedicure. Honestly, the massage and facial were great. I felt relaxed during and after both procedures and was very much looking forward to the continuation of a calm, serene atmosphere going into my pedicure. However, about ten minutes into my pedicure, a mother with her two kids showed up--the 12 year old daughter was getting her hair cut. I was surprised, not only because a large sign at the entry-way clearly states that children are not allowed, but because the mother was continuously loud and obnoxious for at least half an hour. She was so loud that I couldn't read any of the magazines, and she sat with the employees (who were clearly her friends, by the way) discussing everything from why she hates her daughter's hair (unbelievable!) to when everyone in the room got their first period (I declined to participate in that discussion) to how annoying her own mother is. Needless to say, this environment was anything but calm. I literally wanted to get up and leave but my friend was scheduled during the same time as me--we were having a "girl's day" together--and I didn't want to ruin the experience for her. Nevertheless, I explained why I was not pleased with the service and received absolutely nothing off my $150 bill.

The services themselves were fantastic, but if you're looking for a spa-like ambiance, this is definitely NOT the place to go. And to respectfully disagree with Amy, I don't believe I have a problem getting along with people in general. I would like to think that this type of situation does not regularly occur here, but nevertheless it should be brought to people's attention before they decide to spend money here.
