I was very pleased with this lawyer. He returned my call right away, and I was able to get in to see him within 24 hours. He answered my questions and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation, which was that my son had been arrested for illegal substances at school. It was an extrememly sensitive matter, and I had never needed an attorney for something like this, so I had no idea what to do. Rich Cohen really did what he said he'd do. He fought for us, and my son does not have a criminal record, which I had feared.
