WORST BUSSINESS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Short version: RUN AWAY FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! Here's what happened: Our truck broke down near them, 3 miles, they towed it in for $750.00 ($250 per mile). They overcharged us on parts, claimed we needed to rebuild the engine (even thought the problem was turbo charger). For 2 weeks we couldn't convince them to leave the engine alone. Driver was paying motel during this time because they called the police on him to distance him from the truck so they could do and say whatever they wanted, without anyone being there to confirm or deny their lies. Finally, they figured they will rip us off without fixing the engine.. they called and said "hey everything is fine with the engine actually, no need to fix it". Then they gave us a $8,000 bill to pay and said they don't take credit cards, it's cash only. We had no other choice but to pay. The owner never answered the phone during the two weeks, I have called and asked for him about 5 days a day. On top of everything, several months later the same turbo they installed for us for $8,000 died. They said they provide no warranty and they didn't even want to help us get manufacturer warranty (1 year) by simply telling us who they bought the turbo from so we could go after the manufacturer's warranty. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. This is by far the most incompetent business I have ever had to unfortunately deal with. Whenever I called this facility in regards to my vehicle that was at their location I had to be placed on hold several times just to have simple questions answered. Some of the questions asked were already answered previously, but wanting reassurance that I had my infomation correct, I asked again. When I did get a response, it would be the next day and in one case it too 5 days for me to get a response. Each day my vehicle was at this location I was charged for storage, and it appears to me, they were doing this on purpose. Long story short one tow that should've only cost $88 ending running over $300, and all because I had to wait for "Mike" to answer questions his incompetent staff either did not want to answer, could not answer or just plain didn't answer because they wanted to prolong the stay of my vehicle to make more money. NEVER AGAIN and I do not recommend anyone deal with this place, even if it's an accident and they show, beg the police to have a different tow company.

Run, Run, Run as fast as you can!. Our truck was damaged by towing it with the front wheels on the ground and the rear end in tow. Our transmission was damaged down to one gear because of the ignorance of the tow truck driver who did not know how to tow 4 wheel drives. I have been speaking with Steve and Mike since December 2008 and have had to file a court case in small claims to try and recoupe some of the 1500.00 we paid for a used transmission to get rid of the damaged one that they damaged. Stay away from these People!!
