I have been a loyal satisfied customer for several years now. The quality of the product(s) is high. Most importantly, it is a family owned business that is friendly and run with integrity. You can always tell how a business is run by the attitude and vibe from the employees. These employees are always friendly,accomodating and obvioulsy happy to be there. Oh, Jessica L? I find it interesting that your comment was posted the day that Audrey, a compassionate animal advocate, found your elderly German Shephard in your 110 degree SUV while you tanned. As I would have done, she attempted to speak to you about the perils of leaving a "beloved pet" in that condition in a reasonable way, your reaction was confusing to me as you accepted no responsibilty for your obviously distressed, panting, overeated dog. I know this because I was the woman who was in the salon during the debalce. For you to then go home on the same day and use citysearch to post an untrue, retalitory comment t is just as disgraceful as your treatment of your dog.

This is the only salon I ever go to!!! They are meticulously CLEAN and have the most knowledge about tanning!  Also the most kind friendly people who own and work here! I drive an extra 15 minutes passing every other salon to only go here and always will!!!

Audrey's spray tan is fantastic. Completely natural looking, comfortable experience, extremely clean, great price.

I got ring worm from their beds! I have been tanning there for a few months now and always questioned how clean the beds were. I had weird marks show up on my back after tanning there one Saturday and my doctor told me I had ringworm, which I had to have contracted from direct contact. He also said it is common to contract it from gyms or tanning salons that aren't well cleaned. DISGUSTING! I will never go back here again. From now on I am bringing Clorox wipes to salons if I decide to use a bed!!!!

Best Tanning, Spray and Bed!. I've been going to Tan Lines for years and NEVER received poor service!! Their beds are older but the bulbs are changed regularly and they are very clean. The spray tan is excellent and reasonably priced as well.

Family Run Business Wins Me Over. I love this salon!! These people are always doing something to improve their salon. Beautiful store that is family run. These people really care! Strong bulbs and a reputation for the best airbrush tan in the state!! I have been to New York and paid $110 for an airbrush that was not half as good as the airbrush tans I have received at Tan Lines. Great place!!!

not worth the money at all!. from reviews thought it would be atleast a decent place seeing tht its in "west hartford"..practically in elmwood area..and beds look as if they are from the 80's and about to fall over if you get the first line of tanning..terrible !

Pros & Cons. Great location and tanning machines, friendly people; have some concern about cleanliness - floors in booths and rocket should be cleaner, walls could use new, clean paint..

Great Place!!. They have amazing beds and you will look great! There are powerful standing ones as well. Definitely will get you hooked!!
