I can't imagine going anywhere else. The whole staff has a very loving attitude towards pets, and isn't that the way it should be? Staff people have spent lots of time with me on the phone comforting me when I was afraid my pet had a problem, very informative and kind people. My pets are like family and I couldn't go somewhere without feeling as comfortable as I do there.
Pros: Location and Kind Staff
Cons: Can't think of anything!

My dog is 15years old. For the last 10 years, I have been taking her to Dr, Audorino. I LOVE Dr. A. She has been wonderful. She is very sincere, and honest. I have never felt that she has pushed for unneeded tests or medication. In fact, she has done the opposite, She has advised me not to give my dog meds that I thought she might need. In the end, Dr. A has done great by me and my dog. Also, in responce to the above comment, have never had any problems with her staff. They have been very polite since the day I stepped foot in the office. Yes, general visits can take a few weeks, but that just proves how wonderful this practice is...EVERYONE wants their pet to be seen my them! I have also have called with an urgent need, I they have made room for my us. If my call isn't urgent, I have always gotten an call back and a followup call. I must say, their communication skills are great. You can be sure that you WILL get a call back. I thank you all at Double A for being the there. I will always bring my pets there. You should too. Always service with a smile and LOADS of love!
