I have had Ken repair/refurbish several pieces of high-end vintage electronic gear. He hs done a terrific job with each at reasonable prices. One of my friends who also collects vintage gear has been very satisfied with Ken. I have the highest recommendatiion for him. He is a valuable resource for anyone with vintage gear. My items have included vintage Sansui and Marantz recievers. My Buddy had had Ken repair several Sansui amplifiers, tuners and receivers plus a Thorens turntable. I will be submitting a TEAC reel to reel to Ken shortly.
Worst possible result of shipping a piece of classic audiophile gear.
Worst possible results for item sent to repair. Sent unit for repair. Not repaired and unit never returned! I made several phone calls to no avail. Owner ignored all correspondence. I sent him a check for $100 and a prepaid shipping document to return the receiver at my expense. He has not done anything. Since this has been going on for 2 years, I have to assume that will not return the unit. Does anyone want to run this risk with expensive /prized audio equipment?
