Having grown up with a Polish grandmother cooking my polish-oriented cuisine, I had high expectations walking in the door. The atmosphere is kitchy, but very typical - large bar, wooden bench booths, super friendly Polish speaking staf. Most importantly, the food is fantastic. The pierogi (cabbage and potato), kielbasa, kapusta, and golumpki are all delicious and definitely homemade.

This is the BEST Polish food in the Hartford Area, Prices are lower then anywhere and a family of four can eat for LESS THEN $ 40 !!! try the POLISH PLATE and COME HUNGRY because it'll take an appetite to finish it all AND it's LESS ten $ 10 !!
Pros: INEXPENSIVE, GOOD PARKING, GREAT SPECIALS
Cons: , Construction in Area, cCn be crowded
