Horrible Service- Dont Order !!. I've ordered from here a few times and th food is just ok.Every time we get delivery, they always screw up the order. This time we ordered 4 spinach pies, we only got 1. So I called back and they sent 3 more an hour later, and expected me to pay for it. I called the manager to complain and was spoken to very rudely. He claimed we only ordered 1 in the first place and refused to acknowledge the mistake. Dont order here- there are plenty of other good places to eat with far superior customer service where they will treat you properly to this place.

i compare every slice i eat to Empire.... ...and nothing measures up! i grew up on Empire Pizza. my sister went to high school with Taki, my dad was a regular as far back as i can remember. us kids would call and order and just have to say it was for roy and they knew us. my mom alwasy got the same thing, cheese, lightly cooked. i've since moved away from connecticut, but when i go back i make it a priority to go to Empire. thats my pizza place!

10. I grew up eating Tony, Tammy & Takis' pizza since the age of 9. I was heart broken when they sold the pizza parlor. I never went back to eat there because my greek friends were no longer providing my services. When they realized that the people that often went there for the pizza and the pasta and the salads when they ran the place were no longer going there they decided to buy the place back and when they did that they also got the familiar faces that made Empire Pizza what it is. I always enjoyed their pizza and always will. I have since left Hartford to pursue my military carrer I tell everyone of the special place that captured my familys heart. What I would do for a pizza made by Tony right now. I rate them the best in Hartford above all..Thanks Tony, Tammie, and Taki..
