WORST PIZZA - I ordered chicken pesto for delivery and it was cold and dry and I had to throw it out!!! DISGUSTING

Classic place - not thin crust and great soups!. I've never ordered delivery - we always pick it up; typically we eat there as its just as easy and with a varied menu and by the slice, plus soups, garlic bread and beer/wine you can't go wrong.

Rude rude rude. First of all, the pizza is good. However the attitude that you have to deal with to get it isnt worth the hassle. And if u want delivery u might starve to death b4 it comes. We used to order from work at 11 am and they would say the next available delivery is at 1 or 130. Then since we were ordering from work the driver complained that it took 5 when he got there for us to grab the pizza. lol we waited 2.5 hours and he has an issue because ppl at work had to take a min before grabbing the cold pizza. They then told us that if we wanted to keep getting delivery they were gonna give us a trial and see how it goes this time then probably not deliver again. LOL so ,much for customer service. And to think we ordered from them at least twice a week between the whole office. Never again they are literally 0.36 miles away and we would get cold pizza. No food is worth that annoyance. Especially when they are rude on top of it. And the price could be better. When u go to a faimly business u expect to be treated like the customer matters, and here its obvious that they dont care one bit

dedicated to service. i think lena's do there jobs right or not at all. when ever a problem comes they always find a way. the delivery man is on my christmass list for a bonus.

Delivery Suxs!!!. They are located in park st in Hartford and they refuse to travel 5 minutes to my house that is in Hartford because its tooo far. They are the laziest delivery men I have ever talked to.

best lunch. Lena's has the best lunch choices of any place in Hartford. The stuffed pies are awesome, and the regular slices are always different, and VERY GOOD.

Wonderful ... Wonderul. Just absoutly amazing... Lena's makes you feel as if you had the real deal authentic Itialian cuisine with out any fuss or muss. They have generous portions and they are also very quick with your order. So you can go there for lunch or dinner and they are open late.

Poor ambiance but Great Pizza. A class act pizza served in sub-par surroundings. Too bad they can't invest as much quality time in sprucing up the dining area as they do the pizza.
