The Food
Made only with local produce, herbs and meats, the organic menu is both carnivore and vegetarian-friendly. Start with the hearty potato soup--a meal in itself when served with a slab of warm, fresh bread. If you have room, move onto an entree like the garlicky, overstuffed black bean burrito, oozing with three cheeses. For something lighter, try the sea scallop salad--juicy morsels slightly seared and served over warm spinach. For dessert, favorites like the Black Magic cake (a mile-high chocolate fantasy) or the Key lime pie are sure to please any palate.
