I love coming to the office. I think everyone there is fantastic. The only drawback is the waiting. Several times I have had to wait for at least 20 minutes in the exam room before I saw Dr. Santiago. I was at the office yesterday for 2 hours for an appt. that really should have been no more than 30 min. I know it gets busy, but the patient's time is precious too. This is the only change I can think of at this time that needs to be made. As I said, I love Dr. Santiago and her team. Thank and make it a great day.

I want to let you know how very beautiful Joey's teeth look. Of course, to me, he is, and always has been, extremely handsome. However, I can honestly say that even in a single day he has started to smile in such a more relaxed, open, and genuine way, without self consciousness. What a wonderful thing for him, and for all of us. His smile lights up our homes.

I was immediately impressed the second I walked in the door. The office atmosphere creates a lively yet comfortable feel. I really love the plants and the water. The staff is extremely accommodating. I wish I knew more information about wisdom teeth removal in general, and specifically in my case, to better make a decision about that surgery. Leah Duran

I started going to Dr. Santiago about three years ago. I was always anxious about going to the dentist. Now, today, I no longer feel anxious about my appointments. It's a combination of the atmosphere which is very calming and not cold and clinical. Also, the staff is very friendly and when I have questions about a procedure (how long it will take or what steps will be happening) the staff always answers my questions and never makes me feel "high maintenance" for asking. I recommend Dr. Santiago to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

Best Hartford Area Dentist. My husband and I have gone to Dr. Santiago for many years, and I can honestly say that I have never come across a more professional, knowlegeable, yet

warm and caring doctor than Robin. She is in a class of her own- without peers in my eyes. When entering her "office," (office is too cold a word to describe her beautiful, tranquil setting), I am always greeted warmly by the receptionists and other staff members. Dr. Santiago always keeps up with the latest techniques and is highly regarded by other dentists. I admire her greatly as a person and a dentist, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the Hartford area. Kudos to Dr. Santiago and her staff!

Great Dentist and Staff!!. My favorite Dentist (and staff) by far. Dr. Santiago and her staff have consistently delivered top-notch service for the past 15 years that I have been a patient. Best of all, they and are always positive and helpful. I have only good things to say about this team. Beautiful Smiles is the Best. Beautiful Smiles with Dr. Santiago is the best. I am 63 years old and have visited many Dental Practices over the years in three States.They have the latest technologies, a team of professional that work so well together, and a relaxing waiting room with cascading water fountain. All of my procedures were explained in detail using digital pictures and computer technology. The environment is warm and welcoming and every effort is made to make me feel like I am their most valued patient. I am always impressed by the follow up call from Dr. Santiago to make sure everything is alright. This is one Dentist that I look forward to visiting.
