Used to be a great place for seafood.
I first visited No Fish when I was in Hartford on business. I moved to Hartford a few years ago and kept meaning to get back there again. My loss, I waited too long.

Out of towner.
If you are visiting the Hartford area, you have to try this place out. As I was entering the place, everyone that I talked to raved about the food. Also, I ended up at the bar after I ate dinner, and found out that this is a family owned and operated place, not a big chain. I met the owners and they made me feel at home. The prices are very fair and the food amount is pretty good. You cant go wrong!!

A Prohibition-era throwback on historical Pratt Street with ever-changing seafood selections..
In Short
Both the name and the setting take patrons back to speakeasy days when a "No fish today" sign let customers know that there was liquor in the joint. Dark wood and a quaint arrangement of tables combine for an intimate dining experience. The menu changes daily with the availability of fresh fish, so adventurous regulars will always have new entree and appetizer options. Signature dishes like shrimp Christina and San Francisco stir-fry are permanent fixtures.

The Best Seafood.
The most romantic place to take either your first date. You will go back again and again. The seafood is so fresh and prepared so well one of the best restaurants I have been to in a long time. And great just before the theater and nice that the back door leads you right to the Hartford stage. Awesome I will be a long time customer!!!!
