Not Exceptional.
The servicer was not attended to smaller parties and took a long time to refill beverages. The mimosa was not chilled and did not use fresh orange juice. The raw bar was not a raw bar it only had chilled shrimp and their poach eggs were over cooked. The host did not address the issue at hand and I would not return to the Evergreen Restaurant.

Traditional New England inn serves up classic American cuisine..
The Scene
An excellent choice for special occasions or an intimate dinner for two, this elegant restaurant trains its friendly staff to pamper patrons. Couples and families soak up the sumptuous atmosphere in the dining room that features stately pillars, plush carpet and luxuriously spaced tables. A pianist completes upscale hotel dining at its finest.
The Food
Nestled on a bed of bitter greens, the seared ahi tuna appetizer is crusted in pepper and laced with creamy, roasted garlic aioli. Prosciutto, tangy cheeses and fresh herbs top baked, stuffed mushroom caps bathed in butter and wine. Carnivores delight in mild grilled rack of lamb, glazed in pesto and served with crisp veggies and saffron orzo. Mashed Yukon gold potatoes soak up juices from the crusty, pan-seared salmon steak. Diners in the know save room for dessert--especially the velvety, warm bread pudding topped with whipped cream and chocolate pecan bourbon tart festooned with white chocolate curls.
