I called them to get an estimate on the air conditioner unit at my condo last summer. When i called i asked the owner if the estimate was free, he said yes. They came quickly to my condo, the tech tried to get me to have him fix it himself and not through the company, saying that he could do fix the problem for $500. I told him id rather have the company do it. Later that day got a call for the estimate on the parts - $2000!! instead i had another company come replace the system for a mere $350. a month later i received a bill for $300 for the supposed "free" estimate??? I refused to pay this until they threatened to take me to court, The owner said he would call it even if i gave him $100 so i did that and seriously 11 months later i received another threatening letter to pay the remainder! DO NOT TRUST THEM, very deceiving people trying to make money by lying to their customers and making up outrageous bills. This is a true horror story and don't want anyone else to suffer.
