I will most certainly be back! I stopped by one day to replace a watch battery and was immediately impressed by the selection and kindness at the counter (for such a small sale). I recently bought a bracelet from them and couldn't be happier with it. It's a small "mom and pops" store, and I appreciate the difference from more impresonal and lower quality chain jewelery stores. I have to say that I'm surprised by the negative comments below. Great place to shop for jewely. My wife and I went there and will be back because we were totally satisfied. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!. If I could give this place NO stars I would. Please do not go here!! I went here to have my engagement ring and wedding band resized. They were very helpful at first. When I went to pick up my resized rings, one of the diamonds fell out of my engagement ring while I was still in the store. I was upset, but they assured me that they would repair it at no charge and double check to make sure all of the other diamonds were tightened. I returned after the repair was made and picked my rings up again. Less than one week later, another diamond fell out of my wedding band. I went in today to explain what happened and was hoping they would make the repair again at no charge since this is obviously due to the resizing that they did. I was greeted with HORRIBLE customer service from the owner. What a jerk!! He walked away while I was talking to him like an immature child. They acted like the diamond falling out was somehow my fault even though I never had an issue with the ring until they worked on it. I will never return here again and encourage you not to as well.…
