They have been so helpful in the process of having my engagement fixed and finding just the right ring for my husband to be. From a satisfied and returning costumer! I enjoyed everything about the store from the large jewelry and watch selection to the kind service I received. I've made many purchases over the years from there and have no complaints. They also gave me top dollar for some old gold and silver pieces I traded in.

I will most certainly be back! I stopped by one day to replace a watch battery and was immediately impressed by the selection and kindness at the counter (for such a small sale). I recently bought a bracelet from them and couldn't be happier with it. It's a small "mom and pops" store, and I appreciate the difference from more impresonal and lower quality chain jewelery stores. I have to say that I'm surprised by the negative comments below. I'm looking for an excuse to go back again!

Great place to shop for jewely. My wife and I went there and will be back because we were totally satisfied. In fact I was very surprised that they had such a bad review, Our own experience was delightful. We were planning on going back for another piece. I know they have been robbed, not once but twice. I will drive all the way from waterford to shop there.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!. If I could give this place NO stars I would. Please do not go here!! I went here to have my engagement ring and wedding band resized. They were very helpful at first. When I went to pick up my resized rings, one of the diamonds fell out of my engagement ring while I was still in the store. I was upset, but they assured me that they would repair it at no charge and double check to make sure all of the other diamonds were tightened. I returned after the repair was made and picked my rings up again. Less than one week later, another diamond fell out of my wedding band. I went in today to explain what happened and was hoping they would make the repair again at no charge since this is obviously due to the resizing that they did. I was greeted with HORRIBLE customer service from the owner. What a jerk!! He walked away while I was talking to him like an immature child. They acted like the diamond falling out was somehow my fault even though I never had an issue with the ring until they worked on it. I will never return here again and encourage you not to as well.

Reputable Jewler. I usually don't write reviews but I was struck by the negative tone in the other review written about this location and felt compelled to speak out.

It is true they keep the door locked and understanable so given todays crime stats - even though this is in a good location. Frankly I feel safer there knowing that not just anyone can walk in the door when I may be bringing in priceless heirlooms that are irreplaceable if someone robbed me of them. I have never been denied entry with my purse or jacket on, they have always given excellent customer service to me and my friends. Prompt service and really must note that anywhere you sell your gold is going to give you less then fair market value as they have to either re-sell or send to scrap.

I have trusted them with many of my family heirlooms and they have done quick repairs expertly.
