I don't have much expperience with authentic New York delis but I'd have to imagine that Rein's is as close as it gets! The sandwiches are great, and so are the breakfasts! There are definitely a lot of adventurous menu items and I tend to stick to the less adventurous side of the menu but I'd have to imagine that either are good! I love the Challah french toast, the chicken salad sandwich, the bialys and the carrot cake--and that's just a short list of favorites! Have your child's picture put up on the pickle puss wall! This place is definitely legendary in this area!!

This is the best deli/diner around. They have great sandwiches--huge. Excellent deli meats. Their breakfasts are just as good. They also carry some frozen food and sell their coffee cakes and other food stuff. Everything is great. Prices are reasonable, the wait staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy, just plain food, well prepared and very yummy.

Great pickles!!!! Located just off I-84. Absolutely positively get the pastrami sandwich. You will think you are in New York right up until leaving the restaurant.
