Unfortunately I have a horror story
with this dealership. I was sold a 3 yr old car with 8%APR even though I had excellent credit. It cost me double what I should have paid. All because I had a trade-in that was underwater. They took advantage of me and my situation. I had to buy gap and other contract add- ons or I could not get car. I should have walked away but I didn't. I felt trapped by my situation.
After I bought car I saw that they had my other car on lot for 8k more than they offered me for it. And they would not go down on price of the car I bought from them.
So three yrs later I went in for a couple of recalls and mention a whistling under car. They take it for a ride, tell me its an exhaust leak, and charge me $60.00. I paid it but was very upset that they even charged me. Service manager finally agreed to credit me for future service but would not refund money. Even after I bought another car and can't use credit they refuse to refund money.
I just believe this dealership is a total ripoff and that they take advantage of people. Especially women.
I am warning you....don't go there.

Glad I came in. Hello, On Saturday, July 23rd I had my '03 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport serviced. I had an oil change, tire rotation and balance done (Coupon). The Service Department was very pleasant and clean. My car was done within 30 minutes and the gentlemen who helped me was very pleasant and the whole process was a joy. I was previously going to Firestone in Manchester until recently but due to some mistakes on their part and cost overage, I've decided to go back to a Subaru Dealer for maintenance and repairs and I am glad I did. My car is running beautifully and I look forward to the next time I have to come in. Thank you
